Patrizia obtained a business degree and worked as administrative assistant in various areas. In 2002 she obtained her second degree (Bachelor of Science in applied Arts and Sciences with emphasis on Fitness, Nutrition and Health) from San Diego State University, as an additional career goal. Upon her return to Switzerland she directed her corporate attention again towards the office administration field.In 2022 she earned her degree as an IP Paralegal from ZHAW.

Patrizia joined the technology transfer office in June 2012, she is responsible for the administration of patents, licenses and spin-offs and she takes care of customer services.
