The latest honours and prizes

Thomas Zurbuchen, Professor of Space Science and Technology in the Department of Earth Sciences at ETH Zurich, was presented with the 2023 International Astronautical Federation (IAF) Excellence in International Cooperation Award.

ETH Zurich Earthquake scientist, Simon St?hler and colleagues were presented with the 2023 American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Newcomb Cleveland Prize for their paper on "Seismic Detection of the Martian Core" published in the prestigious journal, Science.

Johan Robertsson, Professor for Applied Geophysics (D-ERDW), has received the 2018 Conrad Schlumberger Award of the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE), in recognition of his innovative and pioneering contribution in subsurface imaging and wave modelling.
