Operational maintenance specialist with a Federal VET (Vocational Education and Training) Diploma

The training programme for operational maintenance specialists is extremely varied and comprehensive. The practical training will take place on our premises, within the building divisions. The trainees will work as part of a team.

 
Operational maintenance specialists maintain, repair and clean buildings and outside facilities. As all-rounders, they will be responsible for various maintenance and environmental work, monitoring building services systems, cultivating green spaces and servicing machinery and equipment.

• The training programme runs for three years, supplemented by various introductory courses. You will attend vocational training college once a week or in block courses.
• Your training will be completed when you have passed the final examination. You will then be issued with a Federal VET (Vocational Education and Training) Diploma.
• There are further training possibilities available in the form of courses at a vocational training college or technical college or a shortened second apprenticeship in a related vocational field.
